Axiom Space seeks a Reliability Manager to lead reliability engineering across flight systems, interfacing with Safety and Mission Assurance teams and program managers. You will guide reliability strategies, analysis, and data management to minimize risk and ensure mission readiness.
You will manage a team of engineers, conduct PRA and FMEA activities, and collaborate with design and propulsion teams to drive dependable spaceflight hardware and processes.

We are looking for a resilient, high-energy, Reliability Manager, who will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for flight system safety, quality and reliability that will interface with Safety and Mission Assurance Vice President and program managers, Safety and Mission Assurance team members, design engineers, radiation specialists, safety engineers, quality and procurement engineers and representatives from other subsystems to plan, document, and execute effective strategies for eliminating and/or minimizing risk and ensuring operational reliability.

Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation Management has the prerogative to select at any level for which the position is advertised Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position Must be willing to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet critical project milestones
