Axiom Space seeks a bold Reliability Manager to join its multi-disciplinary team focused on flight system safety, quality and reliability. The role interfaces with senior Safety and Mission Assurance leadership and diverse engineers to plan and execute risk-reducing strategies across the program lifecycle.
Responsibilities include leading a team of Reliability Engineers, driving reliability analyses, and delivering rigorous documentation and presentations to management and external partners.

We are looking for a resilient, high-energy, Reliability Manager, who will be part of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for flight system safety, quality and reliability that will interface with Safety and Mission Assurance Vice President and program managers, Safety and Mission Assurance team members, design engineers, radiation specialists, safety engineers, quality and procurement engineers and representatives from other subsystems to plan, document, and execute effective strategies for eliminating and/or minimizing risk and ensuring operational reliability.
