Job summary

Superior Outdoor Products, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity. You will apply uptime strategies to maximize efficiency and collaborate across teams to meet customer commitments.

The role requires 40–45 hours weekly, M-F, with an hourly wage. You will work with various equipment and processes and contribute to continuous improvement and personal development within a respectful workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 1–2 years maintenance or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills; CMMS experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve machinery to maximize uptime.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance including condition monitoring.
• Use tools to repair, align, measure, assemble, and disassemble equipment.
• Follow safety practices including LOTO procedures.
• Train team members and share knowledge.
• Track maintenance tasks in CMMS and document asset history.
