Job summary

Christensen Farms is seeking a Maintenance and Reliability Technician to perform priority repairs, complete scheduled projects to timeline and quality standards, and effectively collaborate with production and repair staff to maximize quality and productivity.

You will work on equipment across Christensen Farms facilities, execute maintenance procedures on farms, and participate in seasonal equipment preparation and general shop duties. A company vehicle may be required with MVR review.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or farm maintenance preferred.
• Ability to perform mechanical or skilled tasks of non-repetitive nature.

Responsibilities

• Execute priority repairs as assigned.
• Repair equipment specific to Christensen Farms and its producers.
• Perform scheduled repairs to quality and cost standards.
• Provide labor for or lead other projects.
• Execute maintenance procedures on assigned farms.
