Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Tech in Jackson, MS to support production and mobile equipment reliability. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and rapid repairs to keep operations running smoothly.

You will work on hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, using basic hand tools and following established procedures. Overtime is available on a full-time, day or night shift basis.

Qualifications

• Industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs.
• Must provide basic hand tools.
• Must pass drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and mobile equipment to support continuous operations.
• Handle emergency repairs and machine setup as issues arise on the floor.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Use basic hand tools and follow established maintenance procedures to complete work accurately.
