Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a manufacturing setting, supporting production reliability. The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, CMMS use, and collaboration with engineering to improve uptime and safety.

Qualifications

Proven experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a foundry or manufacturing environment.
Strong mechanical, electrical, and automation troubleshooting skills.
Familiarity with CMMS platforms and digital maintenance tools.
Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and industrial controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on furnaces, CNC machines, robotics, and automated systems.
Use advanced diagnostic tools, CMMS, and IIoT technologies to monitor equipment health and performance.
Collaborate with engineering and operations to implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
Support the integration of smart sensors, condition monitoring systems, and data analytics to enable proactive decision-making.
Participate in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and optimize asset performance while maintaining safety standards.
