Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and for the Altria family of companies.
- Willing to work overtime, weekends and holidays.
- Journeyman credentials or relevant mechanical maintenance experience required.
- Must complete required assessments.
Responsibilities
- Repair and restore production machinery and support equipment.
- Diagnose faults and use hand/power tools to fix issues.
- Rebuild subassemblies and components; replace worn parts.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and urgent reactive work.
- Interpret machine schematics, prints and procedures.
- Operate equipment to verify repairs meet performance and safety standards.
- Collaborate with teammates to improve reliability.
