Job summary

Hankook & Company in Clarksville, TN is seeking a Utility Maintenance Manager to lead plant maintenance, ensuring equipment operates at design capacity and achieving 100% scheduled maintenance through proactive planning and budgeting.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and collaboration with operations to optimize production schedules while maintaining high safety standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience: Several years in manufacturing maintenance; managerial experience.
• Language: Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety and promote a culture of Safety Always across plant equipment and personnel.
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize uptime and budget adherence.
• Build and develop a high-performance maintenance team for day and night shifts.
• Coordinate with operations to align production schedules with maintenance priorities.
• Oversee maintenance budgeting, expense control, and capital expenditure forecasting.
• Produce reports and conduct root cause analysis to permanently resolve issues.
