Job summary

• Develop maintenance policies and ensure EHS objectives are met.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Drive reliability improvements, predictive maintenance, and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate project phases from concept to start-up and closure.
• Coach and develop maintenance staff and collaborate with HR on people systems.
