Job summary

Georgia-Pacific is seeking a Reliability Supervisor to lead our Sheboygan maintenance team, driving reliability and continuous improvement in a high-volume corrugated packaging facility. Qualifications

• Experience leading industrial maintenance teams with emphasis on safety and accountability.
• Background in preventive and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Working knowledge of CMMS and asset management processes.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, drives, motors, instrumentation, or automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multi-skilled maintenance team while maintaining safety.
• Own asset reliability by driving preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations to improve line efficiency and equipment uptime.
• Coach and mentor staff to build skills, ownership, and problem-solving.
• Promote safety by identifying hazards and implementing controls.
• Provide technical direction on troubleshooting and repairs.
• Use CMMS and digital tools to manage work orders and track outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce costs and extend equipment life.
• Provide leadership on nights, weekends, or holidays as needed.
