Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH company, seeks a Reliability Superintendent to lead reliability-centered maintenance initiatives, drive preventive maintenance, and optimize asset performance at the plant level. You will collaborate with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams to meet reliability targets and reduce downtime.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering and 5+ years of plant reliability experience, with certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 year/ Bachelors degree in Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and follow all plant safety guidelines.
• Advises the Plant Manager/Maintenance Manager on equipment reliability and function.
• Leads RC M programs and reliability team activities.
