Job summary
Paylocity in Fort Lupton, Colorado, seeks an experienced Reliability Engineer to develop and lead maintenance programs for a continuous casting aluminum rolling mill. You will supervise reliability technicians, implement predictive maintenance, and drive KPIs to improve uptime and efficiency across the plant.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
- Reliability engineering principles, predictive maintenance, and condition-based monitoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance and reliability programs to ensure continuous operation of the rolling mill.
- Lead and supervise reliability technicians and maintenance professionals.
- Conduct equipment assessments and implement predictive maintenance measures.
