Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking a Reliability Growth Engineer to lead RGE functions within propulsion calibration, focusing on tracking, analyzing, and improving vehicle reliability, emissions, drivability, and diagnostics.

You will lead RGE processes, manage test fleets, acquire and analyze data, identify failure modes, and drive calibration improvements before production launches. The role requires a B.S. in Engineering and hands-on experience with vehicle development tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in vehicle fleet management, testing, and maintenance.
  • Background in vehicle development attributes (drivability, diagnostics, emissions), data acquisition, and statistical processing.

Job description

The Reliability Growth Engineer leads the execution and delivery of Reliability Growth Engineering (RGE) functions within propulsion calibration focusing on tracking, analyzing, and improving vehicle reliability, emissions, drivability, and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead RGE processes to enhance vehicle quality, durability, and compliance (such as emissions and fuel economy).
  • Manage / prioritize test fleets
  • Acquire and analyze vehicle data, identify failure modes
  • Drive design or calibration improvements before production launches.
  • Prepare vehicles for testing and dispose of vehicles when testing is complete.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
  • Experience in vehicle fleet management, testing, and maintenance.
  • Background in vehicle development attributes (drivability, diagnostics, emissions), data acquisition, and statistical data processing.
Other Skills:
  • Knowledge of INCA/AVL CRETA or similar calibration management tools.
  • Knowledge of advanced data processing tools such as MATLAB Simulink
  • Knowledge of Controls, Software development and HIL validation methodology.

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $24.92/hour - $38.93/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits.
