Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years of related experience preferred.
• Experience in electronics troubleshooting and failure analysis is preferred.
• Hands-on PCB/board or system failure analysis experience is desirable.
• Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot product failures in manufacturing and customer sites.
• Physically analyze defective electronic, electrical and mechanical components.
• Support introduction of new product, process or material by analysis.
• Monitor manufacturing processes using analysis test vehicles.
• Operate lab equipment to complete analyses and generate reports using Google Workspace.
• Assist in third-party services assessment and management.
• Research material properties and applications; establish standard practices.
• Evaluate and purchase equipment to meet new requirements; maintain calibration.
• Manage lab consumables and equipment maintenance.
