Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Failure Analysis Engineer to join a client in Fort Worth, TX. This is a full-time, on-site, direct-hire position.

You will lead root cause analysis, develop preventive solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product reliability and customer satisfaction. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 3–5 years of experience in failure analysis, with hands-on use of SEM, EDX, and XRF.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant engineering field; Master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years of failure analysis experience in electronics or semiconductor industries.
• Proven expertise in root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.
• Hands-on experience with SEM, EDX, and XRF.
• Familiarity with reliability testing and environmental stress screening.

• Perform in-depth failure analysis on electronic components and systems to identify root causes of defects.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to assess failures and prepare detailed reports.
• Partner with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

Formazione

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Materials Science
