Qualifications

• Leadership and team management experience in a maintenance/ reliability role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.
• Experience with predictive and preventive maintenance practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety, health and environmental protocols.
• Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules.
• Supervise and lead Reliability Engineers, Technicians, and specialists.
• Develop reliability plans to support operations and product development.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Analyze failure data and implement corrective actions.
• Create reliability studies and life data analyses.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to manage asset reliability risks.
• Document maintenance activities and present reports to management.
