Qualifications

• 7+ years in electrical engineering/utilities.
• Experience with T&D networks and field operations.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Experience building reliability-focused engineering solutions.
• Project management or process-improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering tools using commonly used software to aid electric operations.
• Identify process improvements for system resiliency and reliability.
• Provide expertise on reliability-related solutions to engineering staff.
• Lead cross-department initiatives in Electric Operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to implement strategies and tools.
• Manage complex studies and present results to senior leadership.
