Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering and utilities.
• Experience with T&D networks and field operations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering tools using Microsoft Office, Power BI, Python, and SQL.
• Identify opportunities to improve system resiliency and reliability.
• Lead multi‑department initiatives within Electric Operations.
• Manage complex circuit‑level studies and present results to leadership.
• Coordinate strategy implementation and process improvements.
• Provide coverage for the Senior Manager as needed.
