• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Experience managing a reliability schedule, planning and cost controls.
• Ability to assess costs, schedule and prepare forecasts.
• Experience in SAP, scheduling, planning, and cost estimation.
• Ability to manage tasks and reliability tasks in various stages.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads reliability improvement initiatives.
• Manages reliability budget development and tracking.
• Implements reliability-centered maintenance and RCAs.
• Leads capital project economic analysis and lifecycle cost.
• Communicates asset reliability strategies with operations and maintenance.
• Develops asset strategies and oversees reliability engineers.
