MLC, headquartered in St. Louis, MO, seeks a Reliability Engineering Co-Op to support reliability, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams. You will analyze data, perform inspections, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to boost uptime and plant performance.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a relevant engineering degree with strong academics.
• GPA of 2.75 or higher required.
• Must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment inspections and condition monitoring (vibration, thermography, etc.).
• Collect and analyze equipment performance and downtime data.
• Support root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Maintain reliability databases and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
• Develop reports and presentations for leadership.
