Job summary
IKO Industries Ltd. is looking for a Reliability Engineer to minimize downtime and improve overall equipment effectiveness at the Bismarck facility. The role involves analyzing equipment performance data, optimizing maintenance programs, and collaborating with various teams to enhance productivity.
Qualifications include a university degree in Engineering, 3+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. This position is not remote and requires a commitment to safety and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in process manufacturing or industrial equipment design.
- Experience with plant Planning and Scheduling, shutdown procedures.
- Willing to travel occasionally within North America for training.
Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize Predictive and Preventative Maintenance Strategies.
- Analyze downtime data to identify trends leading to equipment failures.
- Facilitate RCM using FMECA’s to assess criticality ranking of Failure Modes.
