Job summary

IKO North America seeks a Reliability Engineer to enhance equipment performance and overall plant reliability. This role focuses on analyzing failures and implementing preventive maintenance strategies, collaborating with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams for safe, efficient manufacturing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of reliability experience in continuous process manufacturing environments.
• Verbal and written fluency in English, effective presentation skills.
• Willing to travel occasionally to learn and share knowledge with other IKO sites.

Responsibilities

• Leading training to utilize Maximo‑integrated 5‑Why RCA’s and Troubleshooting.
• Prepare, organize and facilitate a shingle line FMECA/RCM for PM Optimization.
• Troubleshoot equipment, design for reliability, and monitor modifications.
