Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in PV module reliability.
• Ability to diagnose failure mechanisms and translate findings.
• Experience working with external testing labs.

Responsibilities

• Drive cell-package interactions and module-level reliability.
• Perform reliability tests on tandem mini-modules.
• Collaborate with Product Management on lifetime modeling.
