Job summary

Premier PV is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support the development, validation, and continuous improvement of eBOS product reliability. You will work closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Product teams to perform testing, analyze results, and drive corrective actions throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in reliability engineering, quality engineering, product validation, or testing.
• Experience with laboratory testing equipment and data collection.
• Knowledge of reliability principles, statistical analysis, and failure investigation.

Responsibilities

• Perform reliability testing for new and existing eBOS products and document results.
• Develop reliability test plans based on product requirements and design risks.
• Support product qualification activities during new product development and field issues.
• Investigate failure modes and recommend corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor reliability metrics and drive continuous improvement efforts.
