Job summary

ADM Sabetha, KS seeks a Maintenance Manager to oversee the equipment and asset strategy, reporting to Plant Manager and RCM regional leadership. You will drive proactive maintenance, cost control, and continuous improvement while coaching a skilled team to maximize uptime and ensure safe operations.

Requirements include an engineering degree or equivalent, reliability-centered maintenance experience, and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities. The role is on-site in Sabetha, KS.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification with electrical/mechanical knowledge or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Production Manufacturing or related field.
• Experience leading Reliability Centered Maintenance processes.
• Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance programs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively lead maintenance team and ensure safety policies are understood and followed.
• Set goals and expectations; align with ADM maintenance strategy.
• Maintain production equipment to function as designed and optimize uptime.
• Develop and manage maintenance budget and monthly expenditures.
• Lead root-cause analysis and implement countermeasures.
• Maintain equipment history and a preventive maintenance program using CMMS.
• Coordinate maintenance around production schedules; manage storeroom inventory.
• Provide ad-hoc technical support and coach staff for skill development.
