Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, or reliability engineering required.
• Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities and excellent cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, improve, and maintain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Lead investigations into equipment failures and chronic breakdowns.
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
