Job summary
Golden Aluminum in Fort Lupton, CO is seeking a Maintenance Reliability Engineer to design and implement comprehensive maintenance and reliability programs for the continuous aluminum rolling mill. You will lead predictive maintenance, assess equipment, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve plant reliability.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in maintenance/engineering and hands-on experience with mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CMMS, plus strong leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in maintenance or related engineering field.
- Experience with reliability engineering and predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
- Willingness to work extra hours and respond to emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement maintenance programs for continuous operation.
- Conduct equipment assessments and predictive maintenance measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce downtime and improve reliability.
- Develop KPIs and provide regular reliability reporting.
