Job summary

Divergent in Los Angeles is seeking a Product Reliability Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our high-precision manufacturing systems. You will lead QA initiatives, develop robust process controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet stringent customer and industry expectations. You will drive inspections, PPAP, FAIR, and data-driven improvements, while mentoring teammates and deploying scalable quality plans across production.

Qualifications

• Experience with PPAP, FMEA, and RCA to resolve quality issues.
• Knowledge of CMM programming, Gage R&R, and sampling techniques.
• Strong data analysis to drive yield and defect reduction.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and defect reduction initiatives.
• Manage inspection criteria and acceptance standards.
• Engage with customers and manage quality deliverables including PPAP and FAIR.
• Lead nonconformance and corrective actions.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for quality performance.
