Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of repair plans, repair checklists, and maintenance procedures for critical equipment overhauls to ensure quality and accurate project schedules.
• Ensure equipment spare parts are optimized by determining recommended suppliers, assisting with equipment bill of materials revisions, and recommending min/max inventory levels. Provide support in the maintenance and failure analysis of warehouse inventory within the repairable spares process.
• Support reliability improvement initiatives for power generation and process plant equipment by collecting, organizing, and analyzing equipment condition and performance data.
• Assist in failure investigations using reliability tools such as root cause analysis (RCA), failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA), and condition monitoring techniques.
• Assist in reviewing equipment condition, maintenance history, and performance data to identify trends, predict failures, and recommend proactive maintenance actions.
• Work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to support troubleshooting efforts, reliability improvement activities, equipment inspections, and corrective action implementation.
• Provide engineering support during maintenance outages and equipment inspections by documenting findings and assisting with repair recommendations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
