Job summary

Energy Transfer LP is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability of rotating equipment, compression assets, and facility systems. You will apply data analytics, DataPARC, and hydraulic modeling to drive asset performance and operational excellence.

The role requires 3–6 years of engineering experience, a mechanical or chemical engineering degree, and proficiency with Python, SQL, and Power BI for predictive maintenance and reporting. Domestic travel may be required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) required.
3–6 years of relevant engineering experience.
Knowledge of rotating equipment, compression systems, and process facilities.
Programming experience with Python preferred; SQL/Power BI/VBA a plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the Division focal point for asset management and reliability programs for rotating equipment and compression systems.
Lead and support compression performance, equipment reliability, engine health, and preventive maintenance programs with standards and best practices.
Perform compressor performance testing, modeling, sizing, and optimization to improve reliability and efficiency.
Monitor performance data, establish KPI trends, and provide predictive insights for reliability improvements.
Lead RCFA analyses and implement corrective actions to enhance reliability and failure predictability.
