• Proficient in RCA methodologies and tools (FMEA, 5 Whys, Fishbone).
• Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration, thermography, oil analysis).
• Strong asset management and lifecycle cost understanding; CMMS/EAM familiarity.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
