Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focusing on reliability, maintenance, or process improvement
  • Proven expertise in applying reliability methodologies (RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical software or data analysis tools for interpreting equipment performance and failure data
  • Familiarity with CMMS/EAM systems and their role in managing maintenance activities and asset health

Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with Python or other scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and train junior engineers or technicians.
  • Experience with AI/ML applications in predictive maintenance.
