Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Corrugated Division is seeking a Reliability Engineer to support our Mailers network across McDonough, GA; Jonestown, PA; Tolleson, AZ. You will improve asset reliability and maintenance effectiveness by developing asset strategies and advancing preventive and predictive programs.

You will lead reliability initiatives, coordinate readiness for new equipment, and drive standardization across sites with a focus on data-driven decision making and collaboration with Operations,

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance reliability or engineering leadership.
• Experience developing or improving asset strategies and preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Experience analyzing reliability data to identify trends and inform recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and training personnel on technical processes.
• Willing to travel 50–75% as required by project needs.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead reliability improvement initiatives to enhance asset health and reduce failures.
• Own reliability scorecards and KPIs to identify trends and opportunities.
• Facilitate root cause analyses and validate corrective actions.
• Develop and sustain asset strategies using FMEA and asset criticality analyses.
• Coordinate readiness activities for new equipment installations and maintenance programs.
• Improve preventive/predictive maintenance through condition monitoring and lubrication practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, R&D, OEMs to share best practices across sites.
• Lead fleet-wide reliability projects and coordinate with sites, contractors, and suppliers.
• Coach site personnel on reliability tools, including root cause analysis and FMEA.
