Ascendion is seeking a Build Reliability Engineer for their Optical Inter-Satellite Link technology in Redmond, WA. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering fields and experience with failure analysis and reliability methodologies. You will work at the intersection of design and manufacturing to ensure the highest quality and reliability in production.

Qualifications

• Experience with failure analysis, root cause investigation, and reliability methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with PCB and PCBA fabrication and manufacturing processes.
• Strong background in statistical data analysis and process improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Design and Manufacturing teams to manage Critical-to-Function parameters.
• Lead qualification activities for new products and design revisions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield enhancement.
