Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 5+ years in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• 5 years of manufacturing experience in CPG or process industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance reliability across Manufacturing to drive KPI uptime.
• Develop and execute detailed PM programs with maintenance teams and OEMs.
• Assist in 5-year CAPEX planning for the facility.
• Track downtime and implement reduction plans.
• Ensure alignment of maintenance activities with quality and safety goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve OEE and cost controls.
