Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or HS Diploma or Associate’s degree with 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance and reliability.
  • English proficiency is required.
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Provide engineering support to maintenance and equipment owners.
  • Ensure maintenance program supports reliable operation of equipment.
  • Be a technical expert in CMMS documentation of equipment history.
  • Maintain data accuracy in CMMS and determine spare parts stocking strategy.
  • Ensure Job Plans have sufficient detail and accuracy.
  • Provide training on new equipment, reliability principles, and techniques.
  • Mentor process engineers on reliability principles and processes.
  • Identify and support continuous improvement to maintain a reliable plant.
  • Participate in HSE & Quality observation/deviations write-ups as appropriate.
  • Analyze predictive data to identify follow-up actions and prioritise actions.
  • Use RCA/RCM/failure analysis to reduce equipment issues.
  • Align local procedures with Global Engineering Standards and SOPs.
  • Determine equipment criticality based on quality, safety, and financial impact.
  • Maintain correct equipment criticality ranking in CMMS.
  • Apply predictive maintenance technologies site-wide.
  • Own preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
  • Interact with OEMs/vendors/regulators on reliability improvements.
