Job summary

Lilly seeks a Reliability Engineering Technician for the Lilly Medicine Foundry in Lebanon, Indiana. You will execute predictive maintenance, analyze equipment health data, and drive continuous improvement in maintenance strategies to support clinical trials medicines.

The role requires hands-on condition monitoring, precision maintenance, and CMMS usage; collaboration with maintenance, engineering and operations is essential to ensure asset availability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2 years trade experience or an associate degree.
• Hands-on experience with condition monitoring technologies: vibration, thermography, ultrasound.
• Experience with precision maintenance practices and rotating equipment.
• Proficient in MS Office; able to learn site software and CMMS systems.
• Authorized to work in the United States full-time; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Execute predictive maintenance routes, including vibration, ultrasound, and thermal imaging.
• Perform precision lubrication and alignments to extend asset life and reduce downtime.
• Analyze equipment health data and identify anomalies with recommended actions.
• Support RCFA and track corrective actions to closure in GMARS.
• Maintain records of PdM activities and coordinate reliability-driven work across teams.
• Produce reports on PdM program performance and equipment health.
