Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experience (3 or more years) in oil and gas / petrochemical industry or other relevant industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive long-term equipment reliability, availability, and cost performance through maintenance strategies and turnaround/shutdown work scopes.
• Identify, prioritize, and resolve equipment vulnerabilities impacting asset performance.
• Develop and improve maintenance and reliability strategies to optimize lifecycle performance and reduce costs.
• Serve as the reliability focal point for the assigned area, coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and eliminate recurring issues.
• Support maintenance budget development with cost-optimization opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving using root cause analysis and reliability methods.
• Communicate reliability risks and performance results to site leadership and contractor organizations.
