Job summary

SCN BestCo is seeking a Reliability Engineer to increase the reliability of manufacturing equipment, processes, and utilities across the site. You will lead cross-functional initiatives with production, maintenance, and site engineering to reduce losses using root cause analysis and FMEA-driven actions.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and at least 4 years in a manufacturing setting, with experience in maintenance reliability and life-cycle planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 4 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience implementing maintenance reliability programs.
• Knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations.
• Knowledge of CFR Part 211 cGMP regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root cause analyses.
• Lead Asset Reliability Program (ARP) development and improvements.
• Design and install reliable equipment and processes to ensure maintainability.
• Plan and execute predictive and preventive maintenance activities.
• Support audits, CAPAs, deviations, and investigation reports.
