Job summary
Solenis is seeking a Mechanical Engineer - Maintenance & Reliability to improve equipment reliability, integrity and asset performance. The role develops and implements maintenance strategies, supports inspections and failure investigations, and drives continuous improvement to maximize uptime, safety, and efficiency.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5–8 years in maintenance, reliability, or industrial operations.
- Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance and RCA.
- Knowledge of rotating equipment, pumps, piping, and industrial maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mechanical systems for safe, reliable operation.
- Develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Coordinate inspections, condition monitoring, and NDT.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
- Support mechanical integrity programs and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
- Maintain accurate inspection and maintenance records.
- Drive continuous improvement of equipment performance.
