Job summary

Solenis is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to lead complex maintenance activities and drive reliability at our Florence, KY facility. You will act as the plant's technical expert, mentor technicians, and coordinate with operations, engineering, and vendors to keep equipment uptime high.

The role requires 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills across mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems, and a proven track record of RCA,

Qualifications

• 7+ years industrial maintenance experience or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and reliability initiatives.
• Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, automation, and control systems.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for critical equipment and process issues.
• Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Establish maintenance standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Mentor and train Technician 1 and Technician 2 team members.
• Support capital projects, equipment installations, startups, and commissioning.
• Partner with operations, engineering, vendors, and contractors to improve plant reliability and performance.
