Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems seeks a Reliability Engineer to enhance the maintenance and technical management of machinery. This role involves leading a team in preventive maintenance, managing systems for maintenance planning, and collaborating on optimization processes. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required, along with knowledge in engineering, maintenance methodologies, and engineering software like Excel and CAD systems. Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering: Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of mechanical engineering, applicable norms, and regulations.
• Knowledge of controls and PLC techniques.
• Knowledge of electrical drive engineering.
• Experience with maintenance methodologies such as FMECA and RCA.

Responsabilidades

• Leads the team of engineers engaged in preventive maintenance.
• Manage the maintenance management system and establish weekly maintenance planning.
• Prepare, initiate, and guide improvement proposals based on failure analyses.
• Provide technical support to mechanics and operators.
• Monitor and analyze the availability and reliability of production facilities.
