Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to improve plant uptime through RCA, FMEA, and predictive maintenance strategies. You will mentor teams in reliability best practices and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to optimize assets across facilities.

The role requires ABET-engineering degree, 5+ years of reliability experience, and strong communication skills to document analyses and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of five years of reliability experience.
• Proficient in RCA, FMEA and RC(M) methodologies.
• Master level proficiency in Predictive Technology.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and adheres to ATS safety culture.
• Ensures regulatory and ATS policy compliance.
• Partners with customers for engineered reliability solutions.
• Leads reliability improvement and KPI alignment with leadership.
