  • Minimum five years of reliability experience with proficiency in RCA, RCM, FMEA, and predictive technologies.
  • Certifications in vibration, infrared, ultrasound, and machine health monitoring preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of electrical/mechanical components and failure analysis techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, reporting, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with maintenance systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for capital expenditures with ROI analysis.
  • Implement and champion operating systems, best practices, and reliability tools.

  • Utilize predictive, preventive, and precision maintenance technologies.
  • Train and mentor teams on Work Execution Management and reliability strategies.
  • Align with leadership on KPIs and reliability performance metrics.
