Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 3+ years in reliability or quality engineering, preferably in NPD.
• Experience with consumer/electromechanical products and power tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support reliability activities for New Product Development from concept to launch.
• Perform failure analysis, warranty modeling, test development and safety/compliance reviews.
• Lead FRACAS data collection and risk assessments.
• Collaborate across cross‑functional teams and communicate with customers.
