The ideal candidate will lead Reliability and Logistics engineering efforts, perform reliability modeling, and communicate effectively with internal and customer organizations. Qualifications
Proven ability to communicate with all levels of internal and customer organizations.
Experience with reliability and logistics metrics, calculations, and statistics.
Current or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Responsibilities
Lead Reliability and Logistics Engineering efforts.
Perform reliability modeling and simulation.
Conduct failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA).
Monitor fielded systems and measure reliability.
Analyze maintenance tasks.
Skills
Communication across all levels
Technical report writing
Reliability metrics and statistics
Familiarity with DOORS
Experience with JIRA
Knowledge of reliability software tools
Education
