The ideal candidate will lead Reliability and Logistics engineering efforts, perform reliability modeling, and communicate effectively with internal and customer organizations. Qualifications

• Proven ability to communicate with all levels of internal and customer organizations.
• Experience with reliability and logistics metrics, calculations, and statistics.
• Current or ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Reliability and Logistics Engineering efforts.
• Perform reliability modeling and simulation.
• Conduct failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA).
• Monitor fielded systems and measure reliability.
• Analyze maintenance tasks.
