Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Reliability Engineer II to contribute to the development and qualification of power tool products. You will define test methods, analytical processes and product requirements to deliver durable, market-leading tools.

This role requires hands-on data acquisition, analysis, and collaboration with global engineering teams. You will manage multiple projects, perform robustness testing, and drive root-cause analysis with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical or related engineering field; 2+ years in product development, reliability, test or quality.
• Experience with DOE, sampling, regression, reliability methods; HALT a plus.
• Strong data analysis, measurement, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Be a subject matter expert in test methods, product requirements, data analytics.
• Design experimental and analytical techniques for development, testing and qualification.
• Perform data analysis, post-processing, and visualization of test data and reliability growth.
• Execute robustness tests and lead root-cause analysis with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global engineers, suppliers, and manufacturing to support development.
