Job summary

Responsibilities include reducing downtime, leading improvement projects, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is an onsite, first-shift opportunity with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in manufacturing, equipment reliability, maintenance engineering, or related field.
• GMP manufacturing experience required.
• Experience with equipment reliability and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to analyze performance and reduce downtime.
• Familiarity with maintenance and reliability metrics and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor manufacturing equipment for reliable operation.
• Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Identify recurring failures and implement long-term corrective actions.
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend uptime improvements.
• Ensure critical spare parts availability and manage inventory.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects from design through implementation.
