Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering and related processes.
• Expertise in maintenance and reliability, material management, planning and scheduling, and CMMS/EAM/ERP optimization.
• Solid understanding of RCM, failure mode identification, defect analysis, cause and effect analysis, loss elimination, and RCFA decision logic.

Responsibilities

• Guides reliability and maintainability of equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, and safety systems.
• Develops and refines asset management and maintenance plans, preventive/predictive programs.
• Supports capital projects ensuring reliability and maintainability across installations.
• Conducts data analysis to optimize PM/PdM schedules and reduce downtime.
• Facilitates root-cause analysis and corrective actions; supports failure reporting systems.
• Reviews failures and optimizes maintenance to maximize production capacity.
