Job summary

The role collaborates with engineering, maintenance, operations, and quality teams to reduce downtime, improve productivity, and extend asset life, with a focus on FMEA, RCA, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years in reliability/maintenance engineering in manufacturing.
• CMRP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement actions.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, operations, and quality teams.
• Monitor MTBF, MTTR, and overall equipment uptime.
• Manage spare parts and optimize inventory levels.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to boost performance and efficiency.
• Conduct FMEA on critical assets and prioritize mitigations.
